Crystal Palace boss Peter Taylor has challenged his inconsistent side to force their way into the play-off reckoning.
The Eagles moved up to tenth place in the Championship table following Wednesday's 3-2 victory at West Bromwich Albion.
Palace remain eight points adrift of the play-off places but Taylor has urged his side to set their sights high over the remaining eight games.
"We know we can do a lot better than we did in the first half of the season," he told the club's official website.
"I would personally say we would have to win at least six of our remaining eight matches, because I cannot see the other teams having that much of a stumble.
"If we win our matches and the other teams don't have a stumble, then we will be having a go at ourselves for our performances in the first half of the season.
"The good thing is that we have still got to play Derby, Preston and Wolves all at home and it's down to us to help ourselves and see where that leaves us."
