The fact that they did manage to keep a clean sheet against Villarreal will have helped their cause quite a lot as the Yellow Submarines have to now win the match by more than one goal if Zenit do manage to find the back of the net in Spain. Zenit have been in fine form domestically and will be hoping to extract maximum mileage of any gaps left by Villarreal as they look forward to a place in the round of sixteen in the UEFA Cup.
